Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Once verified, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

• Because our products are made to order, we do not accept exchanges for size, color, or design preference.

Returns & Refunds

• Since all items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or change of mind.

• Refunds are only provided if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to a production error.
  
  

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.
